Lefteris Pavlides, Principal

"I taught the Social Aspects of Architecture…Stephanie practices it."

- Lefteris Pavlides

Lefteris has over 40 years of experience in architecture as both a practitioner and professor. Before partnering with Stephanie to establish Pavlides Studio, Lefteris taught for almost 35 years at Roger Williams University and six years at Kansas State University. His instruction included Upper-Level Architectural Studios, Environmental Design Research, and, most interesting, Morphology - Material, Structure, and the Architecture of Form. He has a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his Master's degree in Science in Architecture from Yale School of Architecture and his Bachelor's degree in Science from Brandeis University. Lefteris appreciates the concepts of Morphology and is continually exploring how materials in the future can change and adapt to their built environment.

Lefteris lives in Providence with his wife Stephanie and their son, where they enjoy walking and exploring all the city has to offer.
