Stephanie Pavlides, Principal

Stephanie's designs are influenced by what she learns about her clients and anticipating how they will inhabit the space. She seeks to create functional, beautiful, and inspiring spaces while finding the spark of joy in every residence she designs. Passionate about the collaboration process, Stephanie invests her time in explaining the reasoning behind every decision. Having studied at Roger Williams University's School of Architecture and interned at award-winning design firms before opening her studio with her husband, Lefteris, in 2003, she has a depth of understanding of architecture in addition to interior details, including finishes. Although the styles change to suit the client, all her designs are clean, thoughtful, and functional. Her success is evident in having so many loyal clients return to the studio to work on new projects in the Berkshires, New York City, Sarasota, Maui, and beyond.

Stephanie and Lefteris live in Providence with their son, where they enjoy walking and exploring all the city has to offer.
